poo X

poo X
n.
A poodle cross; a dog that results from the cross between a purebred poodle and another canine breed. Also: poo-x.
Example Citation:
They're fluffy, they're cute, and they're everywhere. But don't try saying their names with a straight face. Schnoodles, Labradoodles, goldenpoos, peke-a-poos, Jack-a-poos and Scoodles: Poodle crosses (or poo Xs) are the latest craze to capture the hearts of dog lovers. And people who wouldn't dream of lining up to buy a Louis Vuitton diaper bag are crowding onto waiting lists for designer dogs.
— Erin McLaughlin, "Oodles of schnoodles," The Globe and Mail, January 25, 2003
Earliest Citation:
Terri-poo or for that matter any other poo-x (peeka-poo etc) will be best groomed to the breed they best resemble. Do not expect to get a schnauzer look on your terri-poo with any success.
— Chris Chamberlin, "Grooming your Poodle or Poodle cross," Suite101.com, December 1, 1999
